During his career, Larry has handled many matters involving sophisticated insurance programs, multiple parties, and complex issues. Larry has successfully represented clients in numerous high-profile cases that have made international news. Many of these have involved insurance transactions in various disciplines, including product and pharmaceutical development, manufacturing and distribution, construction projects, class actions, environmental issues, pollution catastrophes, financial transactions, mass torts, product recalls, institutional sex abuse, terrorist attacks, and healthcare coverage.

Larry has also been at the forefront of representing insurers in handling coverage issues relating to, for example, the Opioid Epidemic, Covid-19, MTBE, and PFAS exposure.

Larry also advises insurers on policy drafting and complex insurance coverage issues. He has extensive experience providing advice and handling disputes relating to sophisticated retrospective premium and risk-transfer issues.
