    James is a specialist in claims involving cosmetic surgery, dentistry, orthopaedic surgery, optometry, fertility, and sports-related brain injury. He has recently acted for team doctors in the defence of rugby concussion claims. He regularly delivers training and presentations to clients in the healthcare and insurance sectors.

    Prior to joining DACB, James worked in the medical and life sciences team at another large international law firm for 8 years. He has a background in regulatory and criminal law.
