Ronan is very familiar with advising clients on their real estate requirements from a business and strategic perspective. Ronan has been the lead Partner on advising international insurance companies, corporate office occupiers, financial services companies, restaurants, and multinational companies across all sectors on their day-to-day business-related property needs. 

In addition, Ronan has acted for developers and occupiers in private residential and social housing schemes, and on acquisition and development of nursing homes. 

Ronan lectures and tutors on the Law Society of Ireland’s professional training courses and is a former Chair of the Property Committee of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.

• Advising a significant food importer and logistics company on the exercise of its statutory renewal rights and ultimately negotiating a substantial compensation sum for surrendering its lease and relocating 

• Extensive knowledge acting for the State body responsible for inward / foreign direct investment into the State in leasing and disposing of property interests to multinational and large-scale occupiers of all types of property across all sectors 

• Advising the tenant, an international media company, in what was then one of the biggest office lettings in the history of the State
