Biographie
Susan has over 20 years of experience in the legal sector, initially as a professional indemnity solicitor and then within DAC Beachcroft's Office of the General Counsel, advising on regulatory and risk management issues before focusing on knowledge management.
Susan is currently looking at the connection between knowledge management and the advancements in generative AI and how genAI can support colleagues in document generation, analysis, and technical research.
